b9gem Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Use of the Platform

Welcome to b9gem. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and b9gem ("b9gem," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the b9gem website, mobile interface, and all associated services, including sports betting, slot games, and live dealer casino tables. 1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register and hold only one account with b9gem. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity details, will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. b9gem will never ask for your password via phone, SMS, or email. You must notify b9gem immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Information provided during registration — including your full name, CNIC number, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate and kept up to date.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

b9gem accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and supported debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Funds deposited into your b9gem wallet are held separately from b9gem's operational accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment accounts registered in the player's own verified name.
• b9gem targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider conditions outside b9gem's control.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. b9gem reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• b9gem does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges independent of b9gem.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses offered by b9gem, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and cashback promotions, are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotional page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiry periods.

b9gem reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to minimize risk while clearing wagering requirements, or any other activity inconsistent with the intended spirit of the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited upon expiry of the stated bonus period.

6 Player Conduct

By using b9gem, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using b9gem for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

7 Suspension & Termination

b9gem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms have been violated, including suspected fraud, underage access, bonus abuse, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, b9gem reserves the right to withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time through the account dashboard, in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

8 Limitation of Liability

b9gem provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted access, b9gem does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, b9gem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits b9gem's responsibility for funds held on behalf of verified players in accordance with applicable safeguarding requirements under its international gaming license.

9 Changes to Terms

b9gem reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, or operational practices. 10 Governing Framework
